Science at SibFU: Research & Innovation
Research at Siberian Federal University is focused on addressing today's global challenges—from climate change adaptation and Arctic exploration to the implementation of industrial biotechnologies. Across the university's more than 150 laboratories, over 420 research projects are carried out each year. SibFU scientists are designing Krasnoyarsk's new transportation framework, assessing ground thawing and implementing thermal stabilization techniques in Norilsk, and developing breakthrough solutions to improve quality of life in Russia's northern regions.
