SibFU's campus is recognized as one of the best in Russia—a true city within a city. Medical center
No appointment is needed at the medical center in the following cases:
- Acute pain
- Fever
- High blood pressure
- Yellowing of the skin (jaundice)
- Change in urine color
- Skin rash or itching
- Other acute conditions
To schedule an appointment with a doctor, please visit the reception desk with your passport and health insurance card. Reception desk hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You are required to have valid health insurance for your entire stay in Russia. You can purchase a policy in your home country, but make sure it provides coverage in Russia. Alternatively, you can take out health insurance with a local Russian provider. If you need assistance, the university can recommend several trusted insurance companies and help arrange a meeting with their representatives.
Please remember to bring an adequate supply of any prescription medications you may need, as purchasing prescription drugs in Russia can be complicated for international visitors.
Sport
The university offers a wide range of sports facilities, including fitness centers, swimming pools, stadiums and football fields, cross-country ski trails, and gyms.
Physical education is a part of every academic program, and students can choose a sport that matches their interests and abilities.
In addition, anyone can join one of the many sports clubs, including swimming, biathlon, track and field, cross-country skiing, orienteering, hockey, table tennis, golf, boxing, freestyle wrestling, judo, and sambo.
To sign up, simply come to a practice session according to the club's schedule and meet with the coach in person.

The Student Intercultural Center is the heart of international student life at the university. Here you'll find support, take part in multicultural festivals, and share your own culture with others.
The center's work focuses on creating a unified and welcoming intercultural community within the university. We help international students adjust more quickly to their new environment by supporting them during their adaptation to both academic life and daily life in Krasnoyarsk. A key part of our mission is to preserve the native languages, traditions, and creative heritage of the many cultures represented among our students. Ultimately, our efforts help foster harmony among people of different nationalities and faiths.
