Russian Language Preparation Programs for International Students
At Siberian Federal University, international students can receive high-quality language training. The Pre-Admission Department for International Students offers Russian language courses and general academic subjects at the pre‑university level. These programs are suitable for those who plan to apply for a bachelor‘s, master’s, or PhD program at SibFU or other Russian universities.
The main part of our preparatory programs is the course “Russian as a Foreign Language.” In addition, students study special subjects in the following fields: humanities, natural sciences, economics, engineering and technology, and biomedical sciences. The university also organizes guided tours of Krasnoyarsk and the Stolby Nature Reserve, trips to theaters, and other cultural events.
After completing the preparatory course, you will receive an official certificate of Russian Language Proficiency. This document guarantees admission to your chosen SibFU degree program without any additional Russian language exams.
